PROJECT MANAGER (LUXURY RESIDENTIAL MANSION)
Job Title: Project Manager (Luxury Residential Mansion)
Location: KL / Johor
Job Type: Contract / Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client representative on-site for a high-end custom mansion project.
- Full supervision and coordination of the Main Contractor and all sub-contractors.
- Manage project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from construction through to interior design handover.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure works comply with architectural & ID drawings.
- Liaise and coordinate between Architect, Engineers, Interior Designer, and contractors.
- Manage all site meetings, documentation, and progress claims.
- Ensure timely resolution of site issues and variation orders.
- Oversee final defect rectification and project handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in managing high‑end residential projects (bungalows, luxury villas) in Malaysia.
- Non‑negotiable: Proven track record in supervising main contractors (KKR / Pembinaan).
- Strong knowledge of local authority submission processes (DBKL, MPAJ, etc.), JKR standards, and building by‑laws.
- Experience in coordinating interior design works and finishing stages is a major advantage.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD viewer, and project management software.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin/Cantonese may be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to be based on‑site.
- Must provide portfolio/showcase of past completed projects
