Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Leads and manages end-to-end logistics projects including process set-up, network expansion, system integration, warehouse launch, solution implementation, and operational improvements for international client as well as partnering with the Key Account Manager Pitching clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and cross-border operational projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (warehouse, line-haul, customs, IT, last-mile, product teams) to drive project milestones.
  • Implement new operational processes for international clients, including onboarding workflows, SOP development, and process mapping.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth go-live.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in cost, speed, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Support network expansion projects (new lanes, new hubs, warehouse activation).
  • Facilitate data collection, service analysis, KPI tracking, and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Ensure system readiness (WMS/TMS integration, API mapping, UAT testing)
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and updates to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 3–7+ years experience in logistics project management, solution design, or operations with Proficiency in Mandarin (a must).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes: warehousing, fulfilment, last-mile, customs, cross-border transport.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, API integration, or e-commerce logistics systems.
  • Solid project management skills (agile, waterfall).
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-team alignment capability.
  • Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification (optional but advantageous).
