What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll wear a few hats here — Project leader, consultant, as well as customer success hero. Your goal: make sure every customer’s journey with our HR software is smooth, enjoyable, and successful.

What You’ll Be Doing (cont.)

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. 1. Project Management & Delivery

    • Lead and manage new customer implementation projects from start to finish.
    • Conduct kick-off meetings and align project timelines, milestones, and goals with clients.
    • Coordinate across internal teams to make sure everything runs on time.
  2. 2. Customer Onboarding & Relationship

    • Be the main point of contact for new clients — guide them through system setup and onboarding.
    • Understand their HR and payroll needs, and make sure our solutions fit perfectly.
    • Keep communication clear, friendly, and proactive throughout the journey.
  3. 3. System Setup & Data Migration

    • Configure HR & Payroll systems based on client requirements.
    • Support data import, verification, and migration — ensuring accuracy and smooth go-live.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues when needed (we’ll train you!).
  4. 4. Training & User Support

    • Conduct user training sessions (onsite or online) — make learning fun and simple.
    • Provide post-go-live support to ensure clients are confident using the system.
    • Share best practices to help clients get the most from our software.
  5. 5. Continuous Improvement

    • Collect client feedback to help improve our processes and product features.
    • Collaborate with our Product, Tech, and Support teams to make every project better than the last.
Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything — what matters is curiosity, communication, and the willingness to learn.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy helping people and solving problems.
  • Love working with tech and data (even if you’re new to it).
  • Are organized, positive, and great at multitasking.
  • Have strong communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Can manage deadlines and work well with different teams.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge of HR or payroll processes.
  • Experience in project management, HR tech, or software implementation.
  • Certifications like PMP or Agile — but not required!
