Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT project management, ideally within a vendor or systems integrator environment.

• Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects based on client scope and timeline.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, vendors, and third-party providers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual obligations and internal governance.
• Facilitate meetings, elevate issues, and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Coordinate UAT, change requests, and post‑implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in IT project management, ideally within a vendor or systems integrator environment.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands‑on experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to manage external vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
