Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible in the planning, management direction, project completion and delivery of assigned construction/maintenance projects. You will be required to assist and support the Technical Services Director in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications. You will work closely with your superior to help achieve their respective project management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Being part of advising and assisting project teams on design, throughout schematic, design development, contract documentation, and contract administration.
- Preparing and managing reports that include weekly, monthly, project status and other reports as and when required.
- Liaising with local authority, owner, consultants and project teams on project matters and issues.
- Assisting project teams on project management related issues as and when required.
- Lead a strategic project for the LLMR SLT, stakeholders, and the in-house project delivery teams.
- Monitoring contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Attending meetings with authority, resort stakeholders, Project Teams, Consultants and Contractors.
- Meet LLMR Maintenance team on regular basis to review and discuss Project Planner.
- Receive general in-park project requests and ensure they have the relevant scope to be presented to the SLT for discussion.
- Take ownership of the General Projects, making sure it is relevant for use and up to date.
- To maintain all the maintenance programs and policy to achieve the standard of care.
- Comply with company’s rules and regulations with respect to safety at work place.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of managing project experience, 2 years of theme park/resort construction or maintenance experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with 2D & 3D software.
- Experience with AutoCAD or any equivalent software.
- Project Cost Management Experience.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills; experienced in leading a task or project.
- Experienced in budget and capex planning.
- Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Art / Design / Project management.
