We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects. This individual will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to completion.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership throughout the project.

Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

Proactively identify potential risks and issues and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Ensure the timely resolution of any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Lead and motivate project teams to deliver exceptional results while fostering a collaborative environment.

Allocate resources efficiently and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Budget & Timeline Management:

Monitor project expenditures and ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Adjust timelines and resources as necessary to ensure the project remains on schedule.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and integrity of all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

Conduct regular project reviews and adjust project plans as needed.

Project Closure:

Oversee project close-out, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed.

Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications preferred.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).

Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
