About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver technology-driven initiatives that enable business transformation. You’ll oversee end-to-end project execution — from planning to delivery — ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and a balance of business and technical acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium-scale projects such as new system implementations, migrations, integrations, or platform upgrades.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and interdependencies, and proactively resolve or elevate issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements by introducing automation, best practices, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, security frameworks, and regulatory requirements across all project activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ensure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are met.
- Participate in governance and review meetings, presenting project updates and risk assessments as required.
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Track vendor performance, delivery quality, and timelines to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
Ideal Profile
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally within telecom, digital, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Proven experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects with internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including at executive levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risk plans effectively.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
