Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of system enhancements and service requests for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs and define scope and priorities for application releases.
• Coordinate across internal teams (technical architects, tech leads, business analysts, developers) to deliver quality outcomes.
• Apply industry best practices and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) to manage schedules, deliverables, and scope.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates, issue resolution, and scope discussions.
• Provide timely and accurate project status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor cross‑functional project teams, with responsibility for performance feedback and team development.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and team alignment with project goals.
• Own project financials including P&L, budget adherence, and forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate and enhance project delivery processes for improved efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of IT project management experience focused on application development/enhancement.
• Hands‑on experience managing application projects (e.g., enterprise software, custom solutions).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to manage project teams, including cross‑functional and vendor resources.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in Java application environments and enterprise systems.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, complex environments with multiple priorities.
