Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and project planning skills to manage and deliver building construction projects. The ideal candidate must have proven hands‑on experience in building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Deliver Projects – Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management from initiation through completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with consultants, clients, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and seamless delivery.
  • Performance Management – Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and prepare accurate and timely reports for both management and clients.
  • Contract Administration – Administer contracts, monitor claims, and ensure full compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Resource & Cost Optimization – Manage resource allocation and implement effective cost‑control measures to maintain profitability.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to all safety, health, environmental (SHE), and CIDB requirements.
  • Problem‑Solving – Proactively anticipate project risks, technical challenges, and delays; resolve them with effective solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement – Drive best practices and foster a culture of excellence in project management.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring site works in accordance with ISO requirements and contractual specifications.
  • Punctuality, teamwork with an eye for detail is essential.
