About the role

Join Leading Global Engineering Sdn Bhd' as a Project Manager based in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to drive project progress
• Monitor project performance and identify and resolve any issues or risks that arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, legal and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager or Project Engineer in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Understanding of construction methods, materials and regulatory requirements
