Job description

1. Lead the Planning & Execution of Development Projects

Oversee end-to-end development activities from conceptual planning to project completion, ensuring alignment with the approved work program, strategic objectives, and financial targets.

2. Project & Team Management

Manage internal project teams, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to deliver high-quality development outcomes on time and within budget. Ensure coordination between design, technical, and construction functions to meet project goals.

3. Design, Regulatory & Authority Compliance

Lead the design coordination process and manage submissions to relevant authorities, ensuring timely approvals and compliance with local guidelines, building bylaws, and statutory requirements, including KPKT and CCC issuance.

Appoint, supervise, and evaluate consultants and contractors, ensuring performance meets contractual, technical, and quality standards. Review deliverables and resolve any design or construction-related discrepancies.

5. Budget Control & Financial Oversight

Establish and monitor project budgets, including cost planning, contract administration, variation orders, and claims evaluation. Ensure proper financial documentation and reporting to support sound project cash flow management.

6. Stakeholder & Authority Engagement

Build and maintain effective relationships with authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders to facilitate approvals and smooth project delivery. Represent the company in all relevant meetings and negotiations.

7. Quality Control & Site Supervision

Conduct regular site inspections and milestone reviews to ensure construction quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans and specifications. Lead resolution of site issues and ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly.

Collaborate with legal and sales teams to prepare SPA plans and specifications, ensuring marketing materials reflect approved designs. Manage handover processes including CCC and post-completion defect rectification.

9. Reporting & Progress Monitoring

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project progress, risks, and key performance indicators to senior management. Drive corrective actions to maintain delivery momentum and mitigate project risks.

Promote best practices in project management, remain updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

11. Other Duties

Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management from time to time in support of business objectives.
