Job description
PROJECT MANAGER (PM) PARTICULAR RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Overall responsibilities for project implementation, operation and construction R3 Rural Road Project @ Kuala Kangsar Perak.
  2. Assisting Project Director in planning, organising, dealing with authority, consultants, quality assurance and manage of construction site, project coordination with HQ and Project Supervision.
  3. Liaising with HQ on planning matter, financial management, contractual issue, quality control and approval status from and relevant authorities.
  4. Created site organisation chart for reporting to management an arrangement and recruitment of site staff and manpower.
  5. Familiar in Microsoft project such as project planning and master work programme for overall project and work schedule.
  6. To keep track record on work progress at site in order to achieve targeted completion date.
  7. To check and identify the construction drawings discrepancy and report to consultants on such error.
  8. Issuing letter, site memo and site instruction to sub-contractor on site issues and Non – Conformance Report (NCR) will be imposed to sub-contractor of the poor workmanship found during the stage of constructions work as carry out on site, non-compliance to specification, requirement.
  9. Liaise with authorities and attend all authority meeting inspection.
  10. To chair and organise for the site coordination meeting with all sub-cons and site technical meeting with consultants.
  11. To prepare minutes of meeting and report for monthly management meeting.
  12. To lead the site team for organising, arrangement and assignment for work scope to subordinate.
  13. To resolve and react instantly once the site problem arise during the construction work is in progress.
  14. To establish and proper maintenance of site documentation.
  15. To attend monthly safety meeting as well as tools box meeting organised by safety department with zero tolerate on site safety issues.
