Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end property development projects under our group’s Property Division. The ideal candidate will oversee planning, execution and delivery of development projects, managing consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective and quality completion in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish project budgets, schedules and work programs, tracking progress against key milestones
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions for any delays or challenges
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure accuracy and constructability
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, safety compliance and adherence to design requirements
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) standards throughout all stages of construction
  • Supervise material usage and coordinate timely procurement to prevent project interruptions
  • Liaise with consultants, resident engineers, clerks of work, contractors, suppliers and local authorities to resolve technical and compliance issues
  • Represent the company in site meetings and negotiations with consultants, contractors, clients and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and ISO/quality standards across project sites
  • Maintain comprehensive records of site activities, inspections, QA/QC reports and test results
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, cost monitoring reports and project updates in a timely manner
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to management to support decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of working experience in property development, construction, or infrastructure projects, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role
