About the role

The Project Manager, Client Success leads the teams responsible for delivering seamless client experiences and ensuring smooth commercial operations. Sitting within the Commercial team, this role oversees both the Client Success function (project managers and delivery experience team) and the Enablement function (sales order management, finance coordination, and data operations).

You will be accountable for end‑to‑end excellence across enterprise, partnership and retail programmes—from solution design validation and operational setup to delivery, monitoring, and post‑engagement evaluation. You will also play a supporting role in the pre‑sales process, providing operational and feasibility inputs to Consultants to ensure what is proposed can be delivered effectively.

This role requires a blend of delivery leadership, operational rigour, client relationship management, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a continual focus on improving processes that support both pre‑ and post‑sales activities.

Client Success & Project Delivery Leadership
  • Lead, manage, and coach the Client Success/Project Management team to deliver consistent, high‑quality learning experiences.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for client delivery matters and ensure that all projects meet agreed scope, timelines, cost, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the creation of project plans, governance structures, risk management, and delivery milestones.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent, and professional communication with clients, with strong expectation‑setting and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive post‑delivery evaluation processes, including impact measurement, reporting, and identification of improvement opportunities.
Operational Enablement (Finance, Data & Sales Order Process)
  • Oversee enablement functions that support the Commercial team, including sales order processing, invoicing workflows, data tracking, and programme reporting.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, and cost management to ensure financial accuracy and operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to maintain accurate dashboards, learner tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Strengthen internal processes, documentation, and operational workflows to support scalability and cross‑team coordination.
Nice‑to‑Have Pre‑Sales & Solutioning Support
  • Partner with Consultants during pre‑sales to provide operational feasibility checks, delivery timelines, resource estimates, and programme structures.
  • Review proposals and solution designs to ensure alignment with delivery capability, cost assumptions, and internal processes.
  • Improve and maintain scoping templates, costing frameworks, and pre‑sales documentation to streamline the sales cycle.
  • Ensure smooth handover from pre‑sales to delivery, maintaining continuity for both clients and internal teams.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with Commercial, Product, Delivery, and Partner teams to ensure cohesive client experiences and seamless handovers.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process gaps, and lead initiatives to improve client experience and operational performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, delivery best practices, and learning industry standards to strengthen internal capabilities.
The ideal candidate
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Has 5+ years of experience in project management, client success, operations, or delivery leadership, ideally in learning, education, talent development, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions, manage escalations, and work with senior‑level clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong grasp of project governance, risk management, and multi‑workstream coordination.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
  • Comfortable building and optimising processes, with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Familiarity with the education, skills development, or talent ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Nice to have: experience supporting pre‑sales or solutioning in a consulting or commercial environment.
