About You

We are seeking a Project Manager to supervise all the Modernization projects assigned, prepare the necessary documentation according to project requirements, and ensure the project team adheres to site safety regulations and Otis safety requirements. The incumbent collaborates with main contractors to monitor site progress and deploy manpower to facilitate project execution smoothly.

Role Overview

• Work with Developers, Architects, M&E Consultants, Subcontractors and vendors for Vertical Transportations - Elevators and Escalators constructions and installations
• Apply project management and project execution based on contractual agreements between company and customers
• Work with internal processes to ensure project completion timeline is met
• Review and understand design and technical requirements and specifications of Vertical Transportation equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee modernization projects from initiation to closeout
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in line with requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Monitor safety compliance on site and uphold Otis safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in any Engineering field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil
• Between 3 to 5 years of experience in the Elevator industry
• Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other applicable software
