This is an exciting opportunity to join Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Based in Johor, you will play a key role in contributing to the company's strategic objectives within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and overseeing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating and managing cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
• Regularly communicating with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and senior management
• Ensuring projects adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Providing leadership, mentoring, and support to the project team
