About the role

As a Project Manager at Asas Jati Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects. Your expertise in managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, will be essential in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality projects. This full-time position is based in Jitra, Kedah.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including procurement, site management, and stakeholder engagement
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective strategies to address them
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise project efficiency and deliver exceptional results
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance project performance

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
