Overview

Responsibilities

• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordination of project activities with project stakeholders.
• Ensure effective project governance to meet full project scope within the budget.
• Regular interfacing with customers followed by internal and external reporting.
• Working with technical experts in software/hardware/test teams to help translate customer requirements into optimal product design and following to support technology & feature implementation.
• Responsible for risk management, recognize the project risks, make action plan, update risk evaluations regularly.
• Responsible for internal and external change management, organize team to output solutions and follow the implementation.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in the system.

Requirements

• Bachelors’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Electronics or Telecommunications.
• 3+ years or above experience in project management within IoT or telecommunication industry
• Excellent written and verbal English, outstanding communication skills with customers.
• Should be able to work independently, be self-motivated, has a good team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, a creative problem solver and be easy to get along with others.
• Based in Penang.

Preferred Experience

• 1.Familiar with cellular M2M modules, or experience in working with R&D of mobile phones or wireless modules.
• 2.Experience with project tracking tools i.e. Jira is an advantage.
• 3.PMP Certification is a plus
