Job summary

A technology company in Cyberjaya is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage projects according to its project management methodology. The role requires a minimum of a degree in Computer Science and preferably 5+ years in project management or service delivery. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with both technical teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects according to the company’s project management methodology.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Track all issues, risks, and changes.

Job description

To manage the assigned projects according to the company’s project management methodology and / industrial standard best practice.

To ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.

To ensure all issues / risks and changes are tracked.

To work closely with various Technical Team / 3rd Parties suppliers in managing project resources.

To work closely with management and technical team to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is aligned, as well as other departments for support.

To be a team player within the company in providing relevant support and assistance whenever required.

To be a good team player within PMO team.

To innovatively participate in the alignment of the company’s project management methodology.

To maintain good rapport with all project stakeholders.

Requirement:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferably 5+ years of project management/service delivery experience. Experience in the ICT industry and/or software development industry is a plus.

Excellent communication skill in written and verbal.

Experienced in Microsoft Project or other Project tools.
