Job Description
  • Analyze, plan and execute project lifecycle management with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are meeting business needs and internal metrics
  • Identify gaps and risks in the overall engineering qualification and provide mitigation plans to avoid delay in project implementation
  • Lead cross-functional (internal & external) meetings to ensure project completion on time without impacting supply continuity
  • Plan, execute and monitor new projects to ensure all obligations are met. Coordinate projects, establish and manage interdependencies
  • Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives related to project responsiveness and supportability
  • Prepare project documentation, presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meetings
  • Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change management expectations during the project
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects
Basic Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration or equivalent
  • More than 8 years in Supply Chain, Engineering or Program management experiences
  • Competencies in planning, supplier management, customer/stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership, excellent analytical skill set and a strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication and people skills to drive projects and work with various levels of management internally and with suppliers
  • Good understanding on BOM structures and supply chain touch points
  • Proficiency in Google Suites
  • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment and work independently
