Overview

Mechmodule Technology Sdn. Bhd. is a precision engineering and manufacturing company specializing in CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and modular assembly for high-tech industries such as Semiconductor, Electrical & Electronics and Lighting/LED. We are looking for a Project Management Executive to coordinate and manage customer projects from start to delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline targets are achieved.

Coordinate and manage customer projects, acting as the main communication link between clients and internal departments (Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement). Review customer drawings, specifications, and requirements to ensure full understanding of project scope. Prepare and monitor project schedules, job tracking sheets, and progress reports. Work closely with production to plan machining, fabrication, and assembly activities. Follow up on material availability, outsourcing processes (e.g., anodizing, heat treatment), and delivery timelines. Track project milestones and proactively address issues that may cause delays. Ensure all products meet quality and documentation standards (ISO 9001:2015). Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives within the production process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CNC machining, fabrication, or tooling processes is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings (2D/3D) and understand technical terms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple projects at once.
