Job summary

A leading international tea beverage company is seeking a Project Management Executive to support the lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, and tracking. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders and managing the GM’s schedule effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring and tracking.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to project governance and ensure adherence to PMO standards.
• Manage the GM’s schedule and correspondence.
• Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
• Organize logistics for meetings and events.
• Act as a communication bridge between the GM’s office and teams.
• Handle expense claims and administrative matters.
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects as directed.

Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring and tracking of projects across departments.

Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for timely management review.

Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and risks, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.

Contribute to project governance activities and ensure adherence to PMO frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements.

Manage the GM’s schedule, calendar, and correspondence, ensuring effective time management.

Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations to support informed decision-making.

Organize and coordinate logistics, including meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.

Act as a communication bridge between the GM’s office and internal teams, as well as external stakeholders.

Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action trackers.

Handle expense claims, approval requests, and other administrative matters with accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide support on ad-hoc projects and assignments as directed by the GM or PMO Lead.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration and/or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
