Plan, organise and manage all aspects of the development projects, ensuring efficient implementation, as well as successful and timely completion;
Liaise with the relevant authorities, consultants, contractors, suppliers and project team members on all matters regarding the projects;
Participate in project viability studies, which include attending site visits, conducting market research, preparing feasibility studies and project proposals;
Attend and participate in project meetings, including tender interviews, planning and progress meetings;
Conduct research and participate in design concept identification, review of preliminary and construction drawings and specifications;
Participate and manage the processes of obtaining quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, tender comparison and timely contract award;
Coordinate and apply for the relevant approvals, licences and permits for execution of site activities, from project implementation to completion;
Assist in overseeing project management systems, cost control and project budget;
Planning, coordinating and managing of site activities, including resolving technical issues;
Conduct site inspections to manage progress, productivity and quality of works, provide directions to site personnel on site matters and resolving of site issues;
Provide timely reports and feedback to the management;
Establish and maintain high level relationships with key stakeholders i.e. relevant government bodies and development or construction industry bodies;
Any other assignments, as and when given to you by your superiors.
