Job summary

Responsibilities

1. Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
2. Supervise/organize the maintenance of plant/facility/machinery/services of all equipment.
3. Responsible for discipline and day to day control of subordinates, contract workers, shift arrangement,
4. Responsible to set-up proper documentation on preventive and breakdown maintenance activity.
5. Responsible for continuous improvement/upgrading of plant equipment that met the criteria of
6. Ensure all other factory machineries are in good working condition.
7. Responsible for routine preventive maintenance for plants.
8. Diagnose breakdown problems.
9. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly

12. Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Competency
