Job summary

Public Bank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to drive Treasury Management System initiatives. You will manage system implementations, enhancements and configuration to meet evolving business needs.

You will act as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams and vendors, translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, and evaluate project outcomes to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis or Project Management, preferably for Treasury Management Systems.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for scripting and configuration.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and make clear decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• A recognised Degree in Information Technology, Data Science or other related discipline with minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analysis or Project Management, preferably for Treasury Management Systems
• Proficient in system scripting and configuration using Python and SQL
• Able to deliver workable solutions and make clear decisions under pressure
• Adept at managing concurrent project deliverables while maintaining high level of communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
