Chemin is scaling its data pipelines, evaluation systems, and reinforcement learning workflows for AI systems in Kuala Lumpur. We're seeking a Project Delivery Lead to drive our fast-growing Delivery organisation, working with the Head of Delivery to oversee Project Delivery, Talent & Partnerships, and Ops & Automation.

Chemin builds the data pipelines, evaluation systems, and reinforcement learning workflows that power next-generation AI systems. We're looking for a Project Delivery Lead to take our fast-growing Delivery organisation to the next level. Working closely with our Head of Delivery, you'll lead across three key functions: Project Delivery, Talent & Partnerships, and Ops & Automation. You'll take ownership of driving projects through to successful delivery, ensuring tangible outcomes, consistent quality, and meaningful impact for our clients. At the heart of how we deliver for our AI and ML clients, you'll lead a team of Project Managers and Associates, oversee complex projects involving millions of data points, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to every stage from day-to-day execution to strategic account management. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for someone ready to scale projects from proof of concept (POC) to high-volume data pipelines, shape how our Delivery organisation operates, and grow into broader Delivery leadership as Chemin evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of project management experience, with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects in fast-moving environments
• Strong client-facing experience, able to build credibility and trust across diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication, planning, and escalation skills
• Experience in data-related projects, tech services, or operations is a strong plus
• Comfortable leveraging technology, AI, automation, dashboards, and productivity tools to improve how teams operate, make decisions, and deliver at scale. Experience with tools such as n8n, Manus AI, Workflow86, or similar automation platforms is a plus
• Bias for action, clarity, and problem-solving
• Bonus: Experience in data labelling, AI/ML project delivery, or BPO-style operations
