Job Description
Project Lawyer
  • Providing comprehensive legal advice, services, and legal documents related to the project, such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and loan documents.
  • Conducting legal research, analysis, and preparing legal documents.
  • Collaborating with senior lawyers, partners, and agents to deliver high‑quality legal services.
  • Staying up to date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Contributing to the overall growth and development of the legal team and the firm.
  • Assisting on any other ad‑hoc duties assigned as required.
  • Reviewing performance data from a legal perspective to inform strategic decisions.
Conveyancing Clerk
  • Assisting in handling legal documents related to project conveyancing, including sale proclamations, sub‑sales, discharge, perfection of charge, and transfer.
  • Assisting in liaising with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies as necessary.
  • Maintaining and updating file status on various operating system platforms.
  • Assisting on any ad‑hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Project Lawyer
  • Qualified lawyer with a degree in law and a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and innovative legal solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage).
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for the legal profession.
Conveyancing Clerk
  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Qualified under the Legal Profession Act to complete their pupillage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferred.
