Analyse competitors' strategies and develop dynamic pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability to meet customer demands.

Take ownership of project management, including project planning, resource management, site supervision, cost analysis, quality control and risk management.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred, with 5 years and above of relevant experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Ability to seamlessly transition between sales, marketing, and project management roles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is essential.

Must have own transportation and be willing to travel, especially to East Malaysia.

Strong attention to detail and self-motivation are critical.

Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Having working experience in the Marketing field will be an added advantage.

Capable of working under pressure during emergency situations.

Ability to work outside regular hours, especially during urgent tasks or tenders.
