Responsibilities

• To assist the technical consultant in gathering the business requirements, monitoring project timeline and budget, constantly project updating to different parties until meeting the customer's satisfaction and expectation.
• To plan, manage, coordinate, execute and implement projects assigned within budget and schedule to meet the business objectives of the clients.
• To manage and coordinate projects with stakeholders, partners and vendors while establishing and maintaining a close relationship.
• To lead, direct and control project teams and all other parties such as vendors/partners/etc to ensure that they carry out their responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or management oversight.
• To produce a definite set of requirements that is sufficiently detailed to be passed down to the IT team for development and implementation.
• To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese, Mandarin language for both spoken and written.
