Job Description: IDCandy Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design with a degree in Architecture or Interior Design. This role requires an open-minded and flexible individual who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage design projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, addressing any issues or emergencies promptly.
• Work under tight deadlines and manage stress effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Candidates with a qualification in Project Management are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Experience in handling contractors and the ability to read and interpret Bills of Quantities (BQ) is essential.
• Open-minded and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to address client needs and emergencies promptly.
