Responsibilities

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the electrical /mechanical scope, including testing and commissioning of all the systems at project site.
• Attending site meetings with owner/clients, consultants and contractors on matters relating to the project operation and co-ordination.
• Ensure safe working methods, environments, quality control and quality assurance at the project site.
• Manage risks in the assigned project and minimize project costs.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Air Conditioning Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in the electrical/mechanical construction field are preferred.
• Internships of 3 to 6 months or longer are also welcome.
• Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage.
• Willing to travel within Johor, depending on management's arrangement.
• Knowledge in project management activities like project planning, attending meetings, up keeping of project records/correspondences, project reporting, scheduling, costs control, risks management & etc.
• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision.
