about the job
- Lead and coordinate new product and tooling development projects from initial concept through to first mass production.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, including mold trials and engineering change implementation.
- Serve as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing design, tooling, and production matters.
- Prepare project-related documents such as BOM, New Part Information, and progress reports.
- Support in quotation preparation and cost improvement initiatives.
- Ensure customer approvals are obtained prior to mass production and all ISO documentation requirements are met.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across assigned projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to new projects or tooling
about the requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, tooling, or plastic manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485 standards is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
