Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 years’ experience in project engineering within the energy sector.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs with established project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

Execute the design, schedules, and budgets of assigned projects, adhering to standards and requirements.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with central and area departments.
Develop in-depth knowledge of technical discipline to execute projects.
Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and available resources.
Monitor and drive project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
Hand over project upon completion and communicate information to area operations team.
Provide informal guidance to new team members and contribute to talent development.
