Overview

PROJECT ENGINEER C&S. Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects ensuring designs meet safety and quality standards while adhering to project timelines and budgets. This role requires strong technical expertise in civil and structural engineering principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders. We are an ISO 9001-2015 certified construction company in Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager in ensuring that the construction works are carried out in accordance with the construction drawings and specification.
• Responsible for the inspection of the workmanship and compliance to the method of statement of construction.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve any discrepancies in the consultants' drawings.
• Ensuring contractors’ compliance with contract, plans, specifications, regulations, and standards.
• To monitor and maintain record of work progress at site according to work schedule.
• Keeping all test records or documents such as as-built drawings, method of statements, shop drawings, etc.
• Attending various meetings including site meetings, technical meetings, sub-contractor meetings, and coordinating all site issues.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With minimum 5 years of working experience in supervision and coordination of infrastructure works.
• Able to plan, organize and coordinate tasks to meet daily targets.
• Able to work independently, possess initiative and be responsible.
• PC literate in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD.
• Willing to reallocate anywhere within Malaysia.
• Possess a positive attitude and passion for work.
