Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with project management and construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and monitor all trades of site activities and ensure all the specifications are met.
• Coordinate client meetings, prepare work program, minutes, liaise with stakeholders and update project status.
• Inspect contractor’s work, ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications and address issues.
• Ensure quality of work conforms to required standards.
• Document all activities on site and issue site memos if necessary.
• Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.
• Coordinate submissions for relevant approvals, respond to queries and ensure timely approvals.
• Inspect contractor’s work, ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications and address issues.
• Ensure quality of work conforms to required standards and document all activities on site.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably candidate who have working experience in construction industry with minimum 2 years experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Able to communicate with contractors, consultants and relevant parties is required for this position.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin as added advantage.
