This contract-based role requires expertise in project management, resource coordination and quality assurance to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time, within budget and to the expected standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning and organization.
• Allocate and manage personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project goals.
• Ensure all work meets the required quality standards and complies with relevant regulations.
• Monitor and manage project budgets to prevent cost overruns.
• Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely task completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address challenges promptly to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety, legal and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections on a daily basis to verify compliance with specifications, timelines and safety protocols.
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the superior to support project objectives.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (additional relevant qualifications are an advantage).
• 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering good results.
