Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Project Engineerto oversee and coordinate structural steel and bulk material handling system projects. At Sheng Jian Engineering & Construction (SJEC), we specialize in custom structural steel works and conveyor systems for industries like Oil & Gas, Cement, Chemical, Renewable Energy, and Manufacturing

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate exciting projects from kick-off to completion.
• Dive into engineering designs and technical drawings.
• Supervise the fabrication and installation of steel structures and conveyor systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Lead change management processes and implement technical revisions smoothly.
• Collaborate with suppliers, fabricators, and site teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance every step of the way.
• Keep clients informed and satisfied with project progress.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 0–5 yearsof experience in structural steel or conveying system projects.
• Proficient inAutoCAD, Tekla, or similar design software.
• Solid understanding ofsteel fabrication and installation processes.
• Experience managingdesign changes and scope variations.
• Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel tofabrication shops and on-site locations.
