Project Director | Senior Project Manager - High Rise Main Con
Responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementation, monitoring and control of project to ensure completion within time, cost and required quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site.
- Plan, supervise and monitor the progress of project, including cost control and have the full understanding of the project needs.
- Coordinate resources allocation for the project.
- Attend meetings with the consultants, authorities and customers.
- Initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary.
- Serve as a member of the Management Review Committee, as and when appointed.
- Maintain staff discipline at site.
- Reporting to supervisor on pre-mix interval.
- Chair the site meeting, sub-contractors meeting and act as the Chairman for Site Safety Committee.
- Liaise with Planning Department to prepare program of works and project cash flow.
- Check and review all method statements and all work instructions before submission to consultant.
- Carry out other job assignments as and when assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- More than 10 years related working experience.
- Experience in engineering design construction, supervision and project management related activities.
- Able to liaison closely with clients / authorities / consultants.
