We are representing one of our clients, a global leader in plastic manufacturing, specializing in blow molding and injection molding solutions.

Job Objective

  • Lead and manage multiple projects within budget and timeline while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperation with customers and suppliers.
  • Minimize risks, control costs, and enhance company profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in defining company development strategies.
  • Manage new potential projects and supervise existing projects.
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Finance, HR) to align project plans with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly report project status to senior management.
  • Address customer complaints and quality issues in collaboration with the QA team.
  • Supervise and train team members to enhance project management efficiency.
  • Manage financial and technical decision-making within the project scope.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years
  • Skills:
  • Familiar with component sourcing, machine assembly and automation.
  • Understanding of plastic processing and knowledge of plastic raw materials. Able to implement KANBAN.
  • Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (R&D to mass production).

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel frequently( Globally)
  • Base + other allowance
