Develop detailed baseline construction schedules using planning software.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather relevant data for accurate planning.

Analyze project scope, milestones, and deliverables to create realistic and achievable timelines.

Monitor project progress and compare it with the baseline; identify delays or risks and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and present regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Lead schedule review meetings and ensure alignment across departments and subcontractors.

Integrate procurement, resource, and cost schedules with overall project plans.

Manage change control processes related to scheduling.

Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.

Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in coordination, project management, or construction-related roles (preferably in the property development sector).

Strong understanding of project life cycle, construction processes, and basic contract administration.

Knowledge of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).

Familiarity with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management in construction projects.
