The ideal candidate will coordinate activities across various project stages, assist senior architects, and manage communication with clients and consultants. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and have 2–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and strong organizational skills are essential. Job description

Coordinate architectural project activities across various stages—concept, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.

Assist senior architects and project managers in preparing project schedules, design presentations, and documentation.

Manage communication and documentation between clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with project standards and regulations.

Assist with the preparation of technical drawings, plans, and reports.

Maintain project files, records, and correspondence.

Coordinate with contractors and site teams during construction phases for design clarification.

Track design changes, RFIs, and approvals.

Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in architectural project coordination or related role.
  • Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Project, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of construction processes and documentation standards.
