Job description

To assist senior development Manager to plan, monitor and manage all the project planning and authority matters, inclusive daily administration works.

To assist on potential new land studies such authority requirements, land particular search, surrounding market studies, date analysis, site visit or site condition analysis etc.

To assist to coordinate and follow up closely with inter‑departments, project consultants, local council and relevant authorities to ensure authority submission within stipulated which stipulated timeless which includes rezoning, KM,BP, infrastructure plan, pre‑comp, utilities services submission, land conversion, land extension of lease, subdivision, strata titles and other authority relevant matters.

Assist to review and monitor all planning and authority submission drawings, report and supporting documents to ensure compliance and sufficient for submission to local council and relevant authorities which inclusive design changes or amendment and appeal related matters.

Prepare and monitor all authorities payment process with inter‑department and external parties to ensure smooth of authorities, submission and approval.

Attend pre‑consultation, discussion, meeting and inspection with local council and relevant authorities.

Liaise and follow up closely with local council and relevant authorities to ensure all authorities approval, licenses, permit and clearance letters are obtained timely.

Prepare project authority progress report and daily work progressively.

Administer all correspondences and maintain project authority filling systems,

Any other duties and ac‑hoc responsibilities that may assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Town Planning, Architecture or other related professional discipline with minimum 5 years working experience in property development industry.
  • Familiar and knowledgeable in statutory requirements/ guidelines/ policies, authorities submission process, land matters process, nation land code etc.
  • With basic project management knowledge and skill.
  • Good relationship with government agencies and local authorities.
  • Organize, detail oriented and multitasking skill.
  • Ability to provide timely report and status update.
