Job description

We are seeking a dedicated PROJECT ADMIN to support our team to handle project documentation and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and preparing comparison sheets.
  • Follow up with suppliers on quotations, delivery status, and order confirmations.
  • Maintain an updated supplier list and assist in onboarding new vendors.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product inquiries, pricing, and delivery arrangements.
  • Track vendor performance and elevate any issues to the Procurement Executive/Manager.
  • Verify delivery orders (DO) against purchase orders (PO) with the Project Coordinator to ensure correct quantity and specifications.
  • Update procurement tracking sheets and purchase logs regularly.
  • Assist in preparing monthly procurement reports and data summaries for management.
  • Ensure confidentiality of commercial and supplier information.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist in preparing minutes and sharing procurement updates with the Manager.
Job Requirements
