We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide support in both administrative functions and research activities. This role will be divided between handling day-to-day administrative tasks and conducting research on assigned topics across international markets. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
  • Manage staff expense claims and reimbursement processes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including hotel, flight and transportation bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of administrative transactions and documentation
  • Support general office operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Research & Policy Analysis
  • Conduct research on business practices/policies (e.g. manpower, finance, regulations, etc.), as assigned, across various international markets, and analyse local practices and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare clear summaries, reports and presentations of research findings for presentation to management.
  • Monitor global trends to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
  • Has 1 to 3 years of administrative or research experience. Fresh graduates with strong research and administrative skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data.
