A leading company in project management is seeking a candidate to assist in project procurement and sales while managing relationships with key clients. Responsibilities include facilitating communication between developers and agents, conducting training sessions, and preparing presentations. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration or related field and strong interpersonal skills, with Mandarin proficiency preferred for effective client communication.
To assist in project procurement, project sales, productivity, profitability in helping company to reach goals and objectives.
To build and management long term relationship and partnership with key target clients.
To follow up on project and be the middle person of contact between developers, company and agents.
To conduct continuing project trainings to new and existing agents.
To develop, prepare, coordinate presentations and proposals to existing or new clients.
Requirements
Candidates possess bachelor's degree/diploma of Business Administration / Project Management / Business Management or equivalent.
Team player, willing to learn, be proactive.
Preferably candidates able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
