Job Summary

The Project Department Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the project management team to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. This role involves assisting Admin Manager to coordinating resources, managing schedules, and handling communication between various departments. The administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the department's organization and contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems both physical and digital.
  • Assist to manage internal communication channels related to the project.
  • Assist to coordinate and schedule project meetings.
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices & other related processes.
  • Perform accurate data entry for departmental tasks.
  • Provide support for staff inquiries related to administrative processes and policies.
Job Requirement
  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificates, Primary / Secondary School or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written
