Requirement:
  • Experience as user for SAP SD system
  • Preferably knowledgeable in SAP PS and CS Module
  • Experience in the order management function and project coordination
  • Able to work independently, is a team player, resourceful, self-driven and result-oriented with good planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • New Project creation, update and maintain the planned cost of the ongoing project
  • Assist the Project Manager for PR Creation & Cancellation, follow up with solution purchasing for the PO issuance to the supplier/subcontractor
  • Facilitate Project Invoicing & assist the PM in ensuring timely invoicing for completed milestones/ progress claim
  • Monthly discussion with the project controller and PM to facilitate the Monthly Revenue & billing forecasting
  • Update the SAP financial data on SharePoint on a monthly basis for the PM's monthly review. Assist the PM to update the planned cost in SAP after the monthly review
  • Assist the PM to perform the TECO and CLSD of project in SAP System
  • Monthly Timesheet handling, generate reports & input into SAP System
  • Able to liaise with all levels of colleagues and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that project documentation and correspondences are maintained properly
  • Ensure that the quality standards of the company are adhered to and customer expectations are met
