Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia written & spoken.
  • Meticulous, good numeracy, accurate & meet deadline.
  • Good communication skills, initiative, discipline & responsible.
  • Able to work independently & work well in a team-based environment.
  • Hands‑on experience in AutoCAD & Quantity Surveying, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & project handling software.
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Candidate From Kluang, Johor.
  • On job training provided & based in Kluang.
Responsibilities
  • Designing & controlling the project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communicate well within all involved project personnel & client, make sure all them is tally with the latest news, project progress & status.
  • Looking for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible.
  • Providing administrative support, documentation, and filing.
  • Participating in all phases of product design, from conception through to the final detailed plans.
  • Handling tender preparation & other ad‑hoc duties as & when requested by Superior / Management.
  • Submitting project deliverables, ensuring IT adhere to quality standards.
