What's the Role?

The Project Account Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing focus projects, and ensuring the successful execution of complex commercial deals. This role requires strong collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize project success while maintaining quality and profitability.

What does the role involve?
  • Lead and manage selected focus projects, ensuring progress and successful execution.
  • Drive on site focus applications and product/service adoption to achieve defined sales targets.
  • Orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales and execution deadlines while preserving profitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, clients and other parties involved on its focus projects.
  • Understand and integrate commercial and technical aspects to deliver complex solutions combining products, services, and software.
  • Collaborate effectively with Hilti project team members and the wider Hilti organization.
  • Maintain strong communication and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project capture team meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Prepare material forecast, quotations and relevant project updates.
  • Actively utilization of CRM (salesforce) to reflect events, leads and effective pipeline management
  • Engineering degree desirable
  • Experience in sales, with a strong preference for construction project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute complex commercial deals while meeting sales and project deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of solution selling, integrating products, services, and software.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within Hilti and with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as salesforce.
