Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of digital manufacturing and connected-solution initiatives within the assigned division.
• Develop customized digital tools and applications using a range of platforms, including low-code environments, data visualization systems, and web development frameworks.
• Provide training, coaching, and technical support to key users and process owners on system architecture, data flows, hardware/software integration, and workflow design.
• Collaborate with global solution teams to translate technical requirements, system architecture, algorithms, and configuration details into effective local deployment.
• Work alongside process owners to identify opportunities to leverage data for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Act as the second-level escalation point for digital system issues beyond first-line troubleshooting.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance internally developed applications used within the department.
• Carry out other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least one year in leadership or project management.
• Hands‑on experience with SMT (electronics) manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, JavaScript, and familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Able to work independently, remain aligned with team goals, and demonstrate leadership by example.
